The following terms & conditions apply to all orders shipped from Hendrick Motorsports.

Prices, styles and availability are subject to change without prior notice. At time an order has been placed, the customer agrees to the item's price and quantity purchased. He or she agrees to the shipping charge added to the purchase as well.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, that order cannot be cancelled.

The Hendrick Team Store proudly accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express. All credit card purchases are processed in real time. If a product you ordered is out of stock or no longer available, you will receive a credit back for the purchase. If you ordered an item that is on backorder, you will receive a credit and that item will be placed on backorder. Your card will be charged again when the item arrives.

If a customer wishes to pay for a purchase via money order, we must receive the money order within 10 business days of the date he or she  placed the order. If a customer orders an item available for pre-order, should not send in his/her payment until that item arrives. When the item arrives, we will contact the customer.

Please note: We do not accept cash money or personal checks through the mail.

Most orders require a signature upon delivery. Please have merchandise shipped to a street address of business/residence where it can be received and signed for during normal hours.

If the item/items our customer ordered are in stock and the order, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery. If a customer asks for express delivery, that package will deliver on the date requested.

Please note: FedEx Ground/Home Delivery delivers to a residence Tuesday-Friday. FedEx Ground delivers to a business Monday-Friday. FedEx Express delivers Monday-Friday. USPS delivers Monday-Saturday, excluding Federal Holidays.

In-stock items ship out of our warehouse within five-ten business days. Whether a customer orders within or outside the continental US, the shipping fee shown to him or her at checkout is the guaranteed maximum for a single shipment to the "ship to" address he or she provided to us.

On this site, many of our items are available for pre-order. Pre-ordered items are not in-stock, but arrive at a later date. With the exception of die-cast, most of the pre-ordered items available on this site arrive and ship within one-two weeks of our customer's order date. Most of these items are made to order. At this time, we cannot hold pre-ordered items. When a pre-ordered item arrives, we must automatically ship said item. However, we will not charge our customers any extra for shipping for multiple shipments of items placed within the same order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Please understand that once a customer has placed a pre-order with our company, he or she has contracted us to ship the item ordered upon arrival. Unless we have received a written notice from our customer in advance of shipment stating that he or she no longer wants the item ordered, the item ordered will ship as scheduled. To send a cancellation notice, please e-mail us at teamstore@hmsracing.com. We do not accept returns. If a customer places a pre-order with us, he or she must be sure that he or she wants the item ordered. Once the item has shipped from our warehouse, we cannot take it back.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail stating that your order was cancelled. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.  

At the Hendrick Team Store, we strive to keep our shipping costs down. As a result, we use two carriers: FedEx and USPS. At checkout, the shipping charge for an order is calculated automatically based on charges set forth by FedEx or USPS. Shipping charges are calculated by size and weight of a package, as well as, the zone to which a package is being shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

At this time, the Hendrick Team Store does not accept international orders via the Internet. However, orders can be placed by phone. Customers living in Canada or abroad must place an order by calling 1.704.455.0603.

ALASKA AND HAWAII

Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air or USPS Parcel Post. If a customer lives in these two states, he or she must choose one of these two options to have his or her package shipped FedEx 2nd Day or USPS Parcel Post. If a customer does not choose either of these two options, his or her order will be manually modified to reflect one of the services.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

The Hendrick Team Store is proud to offer FedEx Express, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air delivery. At our location, FedEx pick-up is Monday-Friday at 3:00pm EST. If a customer chooses to have an order shipped express, that order must be submitted (on the date the order is to ship) by 2:30pm EST. Items shipped via express delivery must be in stock at the time of purchase. If a customer wishes us to send a pre-ordered item via express delivery, we will be happy to do so. However, the item will ship express upon its arrival.

APO/FPO SHIPMENTS

The Hendrick Team Store is proud to ship product to our friends in the Military. Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are automatically shipped via USPS at a lesser rate in most cases. If permitted, shipping rates will be manually modified on these orders to reflect the lesser charge. 


 BULK ORDERS

The Hendrick Team Store is proud of the fact that many of our customers purchase die-cast from us in bulk. When we say bulk, we mean cases at a time. For those of you who purchase in bulk, please be aware that FedEx may not be able to accurately calculate your exact shipping charge at checkout. In most cases, our system will send up a red flag stating that the shipping charge for your order cannot be calculated. If you see such a message, please proceed with your order. We will contact you with a shipping charge.
